There are no industry standards for ATR crystals, meaning that every manufacturer has products with slightly different dimensions.
Although you've chosen an item with specified dimensions, in your own interest we strongly recommend that you print out the data sheet, measure your current ATR crystal and enter it's dimensions on the sheet. Send the filled out data sheet back to us - preferably by email - and we'll provide a quote for a crystal with the dimensions exactly as you need them.
