They are primarily used for chromatographic purification of large biomolecules such as viruses/phages/VLP, antibodies, proteins and DNA/RNA. Thanks to the diffusion-free flow, purification of the matrix is extremely fast, thus saving a lot of time during downstream processing. The monolithic technology means that classical column filling is not necessary and that upscaling from the smallest analytical column through pilot and up to industrial scale is extremely easy. We guarantee competent personal advice through highly qualified personell from the manufacturing company and, if required, a visit to your laboratory can also be arranged.
