Complaints and Returns

If you wish to make a complaint about goods purchased from us, please follow this procedure:

  1. BEFORE you return the goods, please contact us. Minor problems or misunderstandings can often be taken care of by email or telephone.
  2. If it proves necessary to return the goods, we will send you a Return Note. Please include this, together with a description of the problem, in the parcel.
  3. As the purchase contract was concluded between businesses (B2B) we are not obliged to pay for the return shipment. These costs are to be borne by the purchaser. Of course, if we are to blame for an incorrect delivery, then we will pay the costs for the return shipment. In your own interest we recommend you use a traceable shipping method.
  4. If, after checking or testing by us or the manufacturer, the complaint proves to be justified, the goods will be repaired or replaced. Shipping costs for return to you are borne by us.
