Bottle caps, filters and bubble traps

The Omnifit bottle caps enable a closed solvent system. They prevent vapor leakage into the atmosphere, thus protecting lab staff. Solvent reservoirs are protected from particle ingress and evaporation prevention makes sure that the mixture ratio of your solvents remains constant.

Typical areas of use are: HPLC - solvent supply and waste collection, fermentation or culture preparation - transfer of culture media or addition of regents to sterile or closed systems, all labs working with solvents, reagent supply or waste handling. Two ranges are available for solvent supply and one for waste collection:

• Q series with 1/4"-28 UNF ports. Optional valves for switching individual lines on or off. Optional check valve and filter for pressure equalization. Ideal for repeated connection or disconnection.
• T series with Luer ports. Simple to use, they accept 1/8" OD tubing without the need for fittings (or 1/16" OD with fittings). Optional integrated check valve for pressure equalization, optional solvent vapor trap.
• T series for solvent waste collection. Available for common sizes of waste vessels.

All three systems have the anti-twist design enabling you to change the bottle without having to remove the tubing from the cap.
